We have a proven track record in retained recruitment campaigns and offer a fast, efficient and competitively priced service. We do not offer a contingency service like many other recruitment firms; we don’t need to, we are good at what we do and we will not take on an assignment unless we are confident we can deliver.
We have built successful businesses ourselves and understand how instrumental the right calibre of people in the right positions are. Our service is designed to make the whole process of appointing your key personnel as seamless and smooth as possible. Leaving you the time to focus on your business.
We understand that recruitment is all about connections and these cannot be built behind a desk. Through our extensive existing contacts and continuous networking, we pride ourselves on being able to find you exceptionally high calibre, innovative and dynamic professionals.
We can help you with all director and senior management hires. We will never commit to an assignment we don’t think we will be able to deliver on. If we feel we are not the right business to fulfil your current needs we will make recommendations of other recruitment consultancies.
Cleantech People provided us with a comprehensive, total solution for our executive recruitment needs. The team delivered an extremely high calibre short-list of candidates, which led to a first class appointment. I would highly recommend Jane and her team - she has an eye for detail and a knack of getting below surface impressions to both communicate the post to the candidates, and effectively test their empathy and skill set for the role in question.

It's great to work with Cleantech People. Within days they had several very good candidates for our job opening. We have already hired one and now they are also supporting our search for a C-level executive.
Thomas Bradegruber Founder and MD, Crystalsol
Cleantech People were diligent and pro-active while they worked for us to source a candidate for the role we were recruiting for. Jane has a good sense of humour and has a flexible and refreshingly open attitude to recruitment - I would definitely contact Cleantech People when looking to hire again in the future

Business opportunities, meetings and introductions are brought about by networking and developing relationships – people buy from people.
We are able to introduce you to exactly the right people - the ones that will help your business grow. Often, CEOs tell us that the single biggest barrier to growth is getting a seat at the table and having the opportunity to make their case.
There is a reason this is such a formidable barrier – it’s not an easy thing to do. But through years of experience in business development, lead generation and executive search, we have developed a proven methodology that delivers you the meetings you need.
We have market-leading knowledge and a networking base of over 30,000 executives built over decades of working in the private and public sector. This unique asset is key to getting you in front of decision makers and business owners.
All our business comes from referrals.
I worked with Jane at Cleantech People for several years while at Prova. Coming in to drive our new business, I have to say she was a breath of fresh air, bringing huge amounts of energy and drive to the team. She's a highly focused, results orientated operator who has a remarkable ability to establish rapport with people, thus opening doors that were previously shut tight. In a sentence, Jane is a real professional and a superb door opener. You might say she's business development's answer to WD40! On a personal note, she's a pleasure to work with and brings with her an almost endless supply of optimism!
St.John White, Director PROVA PR
